Intramural Hemotoma

E, it's a non communicating dissection. Hum, we'lle given our little a chat previously about anatomy. How's that possible? E, well bear with me, because this hematoma is generally caused by a rupture of something called the vase vesorum. And so when one of these vessels ruptures, the dissection can again extend within the media,. creating an intramural hemotoma. But actualy, there's no communication from the medial lair through the intima and into the lumin of the aorta.
