We don't want to be led into temptation, not that God Himself leads us. We need His grace so as to be liberated from these temptations. The evil that we're fighting is the alignment of the evil one against us. So when we talk about praying, it's not just vague evil. There is an adversary of our soul that we need to act like the importunate widow and beg God day and night for a just verdict against our adversary. I want you to move from the gospel of Mark to the gospel of Luke for the next three weeks.
