I was going through a really tricky time and I was not in the healthiest of head spaces. The serotonin hit you get from completing a to-do list, which for us would have been the equivalent back in the day of completing feature - it's nothing more scary than an empty piece of paper when you're a writer. If your task seems too large, whatever that task is, break it down into parts that you can cope with. Even if your first thing is feed cats, it doesn't make any difference. So put other people's needs first, even if it's an animal, make a list. And Emma is now showing me her list on Nermi Zoom. This
