Standing up or positioning your laptop somewhere that you can stand up really helps. I think it also just helps to take the nerves off. The last thing I want to touch on is about getting across your warmth when you're speaking in English. A lot of people forget to smile because they're concentrating a lot on what they're saying. There's definitely some technical things you can do with the camera, making sure that I can see your upper body, your hands, trying to make better eye contact with people.
