A lot of people just pull out of thin air what they want their objectives to be, writes them down and is like, we're going to do examples you were giving before. What research do you have to show that those problems that those people have are things that we can solve or how do we solve them? Have you seen that a lot on the UX side when people are trying to build longer strategies? Yeah. And so there is no bigger UX decision than to merge with another company. It affects every user.
