How Did the Staff React to What Boonstro Was Saying?
The staff levelled a number of complaints, saying that this was basically creating a hostile and a toxic work environment. The investigation eventually concluded that bonster was not at fault in any way. What we saw was distrust, disagreement and discontent with management decisions they simply did not like. This is kind of a perfect framing of the management view of a lot of these controversy. And i think in the delicacy, you can, you can sense some of the kind of energy and fear in this that's behind of this.
