The Rule of 10: How to Start a Scene
I think breakfast and morning showers are these like entry points to days. One of the things that I do when I'm getting my students to figure out where their scenes are taking place is pick 10 locations for that scene. By the time you get to number 10, it'll be something interesting. So there's so much in your book, but I don't want to give everything away so that people have a reason to actually go out and buy it.
