Is the Calory the Right Information to Have?
Giles says we are in the middle of an infectious disease pendemic. But non infectious diseases that we face to day are diet related. So clearly there's something about our food environmentdd how we interact and ow our relationship with food, which needs fixing. Is calory information useful as a piece of information to let you know how healthy something is? You know, if something is 400 calories, does it mean is healthier? And there is going to be no answer on this one.
