How Do You Decide to Start More House?

I was looking for people that sort of shared those similar values that you knew would be driven by joining a team and enjoyed that sort of team ethos. And I built out a plan of what this business would look like over five years, also set myself very deliberately the goal of getting it to a point of value. So yeah, I guess it was carrying over again, you know, from the, from the breeze. That brings us quite nicely up to actually your decision to, to start more house.
