What's the Scale of the Disaster?

CNN's John Defterios has been in Turkey following the earthquake that struck Syria. He visited Antecchio, a city on the Syrian border where thousands of refugees live. The hospital was tilted on its side, semi-collapsed, abandoned and completely unusable. When you get to the city centre, rescuers told us it's very unlikely that anybody survived because these buildings just pancaked on top of each other.
