When we induct staff and how we do it, we need to work a little bit more out of just how we can are kind of like within the first couple of weeks or certainly in the first two weeks. We haven't quite nailed it down yet for our teachers but that's something that we're currently working on. Having really clear structured distribute distribution in your leadership, no then if there are things that come back. You've got to be reasonable with people and you've got to say well they need a bit more time to get the heads on this so let's just extend the support for them alittle bit more.
