"I'm so filled with gratitude that you're with us on this planet today," she says. "It was the first time that I realized, and it was like the greatest gift in the whole world that I'm not alone." She went to a retreat dedicated to helping support first responders who are suffering from PTSD. It's called the West Coast Post Trauma Retreat.
