You can definitely use Luke's English podcast to improve your speaking too. You could just add some words or phrases that you've heard from me and use them yourself. If you like, you could use my speaking as a kind of model for your own speech. I don't think there really is someone who counts as the perfect speaker of English. The main thing is that you have to be clear and you have to sound kind of engaging.
