Is There a Mass Market for Fake Meat?
We eat way too much meat here in the united states. And there has to be away to fix that, as we've seen. So there's a lot of work being done around meat subad onr using plants and trying to recreate things that taste like meat. And then you have the cultured meat, like growing cells and stuff to reproduce meat without animal suffering - this is just wild. You know, obviously ther technology is developing, and still really expensive. How you get that mass market scale? Itwill be fun, it will be phenomally interesting to see how that roll. But, like, we do have to figure this out.
