How Do You Develop a Behavior Matrix?

Teachers were given time to vent about misbehavior and then asked to write positive statements. From there, the school developed a behavior matrix that became its agreed set of behaviors. It's taught every day of the week with consistent language so children understand what it means. All staff turn on the video at the same time every Monday morning and learn it as a whole school.
