The Number Four Engine Did Not Lose Thrust
There was significant damage the airplane. The number four engine actually did not flame out, but it hung at about one point. It just was slow in responding, and then got to a point where it couldn't respond any more. There wer actually no recommendations given on the final report, because it was just the crew's fault. I feelink that's rare, very rare. This might be the first incident we've covered where it's an antis b investigation with no recommendations.
