It's entirely possible to me that Daniel Penny is guilty of some second or third degree unintentional manslaughter thing, according to the law. I don't know what he knew about chokeholds. And they made it easier. That's why people, you know, certain tribes would wear certain colors or have certain facial tattoos and other sort of insignia because those systems of distinguishing friend from foe also distinguish foe from friend, right? They go both ways. It's not just something the bad guys do, which is something that everybody did. And it's part of our wiring.And I think it is swamping so much of our public discourse.
