The 908: The Car of the Future
I saw the 908 win a real race, a real motor race here at Brands Hatch. It was the very first round of what was known as Fundersports. And I saw an 908 free driven by Sigi Brun and Derrick Bell win it. They did start to see aerodynamic instability with the 908 but it wasn't quite powerful enough to properly turn itself into an aeroplane. But then you go onto the 908, three, like Gary's just mentioning, they were a sort of slab-sided square.
