Cinoben: This was my first time being an actual landlord. I put it up on zillo, and within the first day it was listed, we probably had 30 people reach out to us. So no, i'm self managing it. And yes, it's been fantastic so far. We handed up having a gentleman apply last month tago check him,. He does't even have stuff in ther bedrooms, so it's hardly getting used again. S jacam grasmecaus it sounds like it's a killer deal. It especially when se want you pay the office.
