The Importance of Meaning in Computer Programming

How did the idea of inexplicit ideas come about? Well, I think it is kind of obvious if you insist on the usual things like physicalism and thinking that everything. In other words, implicit includes the idea that it's implied, whereas inexplicit doesn't have that. We don't know how to make an AGI, but what would we need? Well, one thing that's missing in existing computer programs is a meaning. So could you just have meaning be another program? Well, that leads to a circularity or an infinite regress.
