How to Increase Your Passive Income and Cash Flow With Syndications
In 2019 when I quit my job we had 10k a month just for rental properties. Oh, we sold last year most of our rental portfolio so that obviously went down but my goal is with syndications to get that back up to 10k. So I haven't honestly calculated because this year has just been crazy with everything that happened with my divorce. It's going to depend on the individual operator it's going to depends on the deal structure to go depend on when they're exiting and having their capital event there's a bunch of different variables and factors.
