The key to getting the most important, high valued tasks down in your life is a pre defined work flow that is repeatable. We need processes that are documented, clearly defined and one of the tools i love is a tool called scribe. It captures every single action that you take in a series of screen shots so that when somebody decides to take over that task, they know exactly what to do. And once i saw how well this worked, we created scribes for everything from how to publish a blog post to how to schedule a news letter.
