Do You Need a Real Estate License?
The ability to show and advertise the property before you close on it. Should that be another disclosure? I know it's already on your contract, but with my contract, the that i thought about adding that is an independent om disclosure. You can never market a property you don't own. That's always everywhere. But some states do allow you to market a contract. Some states like oklahoma and nebraska have passed laws that say any and all marketing, not just on an ema alaska or whatever, must have a real estate license.
