I think that, i think this abuse would gets at, you know, abstractly. How often t we make unpopular choices? I alluded earlier to the sort of idea ofo the court of super legislature. Do you think critics who say the court is mostly political ennity are right? And how do you balance that with your role as a law interpretig body? It's not aquating legitimacy with popularity, but it doesn't exclude that as a relevant determinate of legitimacy, kind as a contingent matter.
