The Importance of Training Short
The top of the priority chain in terms of training is the ability to put really good quality into the session. It's physical quality and it's mental quality because we have loads of people that are quite fatigued from heavy jobs, stressful lifestyles. So being able to split across the day and do shorter sessions where you feel fresher physically so you can put high intensity in would be an ideal scenario.
