Bringing Back the Lucas Plan

Wendy: We've been circling around this idea of going beyond these sort of individual molecular level objections. And one of the things that stands out in that sort of thing is that the Lucas plan, which we've talked about a couple of times on the show and I know you have quite a bit of interest in. Wendy: Could you speak to that a little bit? Sure, yeah. The whole idea is taking this plan from, I think the 1970s or 1980s in Lucas Aerospace - where workers would decide what gets built.
