I think that it becomes compelling when you can take the world of the day and then bring it to the world of now. So in that nowness, they find themselves in that story. I believe that's the moment that they say God is speaking to me now. And that might be the most compelling part is believe that this God really speaks to me in my situation in the here and the right now.
