Vendors are calculating all these different things. They're making spreadsheets at home trying to figure out which products work the best during the day. Vendors based on seniority get to decide what product they pick and that is a very strategic decision. When I was working there, I used to sell a lot of Diet Coke out of home plate because that's sort of where the vain people sit.
