MI5 missed the opportunity to identify asylum in a baby and potentially stop him from doing this. And what is the golden question because we've been told today that there was a significant missed opportunity. We haven't been given granular detail of what that opportunity was it comes under that heading of it being too sensitive, too much an issue of national security to be made public. There were private hearings that went on with just inquiry chairman and his legal team and witnesses from MI5 present. Those hearings have been written up in a private report which won't go to the public, to the media or even to the families of those who died. It will only be read by people I suppose within government
