I think the balance for me was I have two parties that I have to please. Without a resident, we don't use tenants. If there's no one living in the house, there's no business. How do you create this balance where you're serving the owner and their needs, but then you're making this person that's renting from you feel wanted and special? That was one of my challenges. Getting around people in Narpham and learning how to actually run a business and looking at numbers is probably the biggest change for me.
