You Can't Fake Happiness
Toxic positivity means if someone comes to you and they're going through a hard time it does not help them to say things like it'll all work out you everything happens for a reason or at least your house didn't burn down now acknowledging struggles and being authentic with your feelings and others is important. You cannot fake happiness even those who have incredible resources still struggle with day-to-day satisfaction so remember for your own health for the health of others and just having the will to get you done to make the world better.
