Make sure that your team looks at least a passing resemblance like some of the people that are your customers. Make sure you have a large diversity of thought, of gender, of ethnicity across your teams. And then, in the olden days, i think a lot of great stuff comes from walking around in your customer environments and seeing the physical space,. Seeing the people in their environment, using the things that you've built.
