I think that the human nature is to focus on the negative our brain always leans into the negative because in the negative there is like the threat and we want to be prepared. The primal brain still operates as if we are in constant danger of death but now it's very geared towards detecting where the threat is. I was not telling myself or you're stupid in your own language you can speak your own language so why I was doing it with myself speaking a second languagewhy I was not giving myself a credit because it was my second language, he says.
