How Can Traders Manage Expectations
bo: We don't need to make a lot of large changes straightway, just a continuous improvement. The traders seem to think that tradingis going to be easy when they begin, and they usually find out that its are not so easy. How can traders manage expectations? Ye, well, sadly, i think in the commercial world of people trying to sell things to help traders, there can be a lot of false expectations generated from that. And it's difficult to change. But if you give someone just slow steps, or small steps slowly, we can slowly change behavior.
