When we think about a head of sustain ability or a chief sustainability officer, these are more sort of internally oriented rolls focused on improving operational efficiency. That tends to fall under sustain ability a. E s g tends to be more externally oriented. So for someone to do all of that credibly, this has pointed to the continuing rise in the level of seniority for what we ould consider to be best in class e s g leaders.
