I think some people are good by numbers or they trying worse than they could. I try to reemphasize with appreciating these complex systems even more is that it's okay to have that level of uncertainty. You do need a blend of feeling and data to kind of to really tease things out. But don't assume that just because you know the numbers are going up, everything is better or the numbers are Going down. That's just something people just don't like they're not wired to do that. Just give me the answer. Is it red, yellow or green. And then I can kind of go on with my day.
