The Importance of Renewable Energy in Trinidad and Tobago
No one is saying you should throw your oil and gas away. We need to go towards an industry that has more renewables, more clean energy. As 15-year-old Mariah told me, we need to reduce our demand. Energy security and sustainability are linked. And it's no longer conversation about financial profitability. It is now a conversation about what is best for the well-being of people and planets.
