Is This a Salmon Law?

This is section 32 of the salmon. Why? What was someone doing? So this is so interesting to me. The idea of this law is basically at the time there was a lot of salmon being illegally hunted and then sold. I just kind of hope that this law has been like used on someone. Who had like just pickpocketed somebody to buy the salmon and then was carrying their salmon suspiciously because they were. It makes perfect sense in the same way that you would want this for snakes or alligator, like people who like trade those as like pets and stuff like that.
