Did Pierre Pauliev Make a Decision to Go Out and Court More Extremist Voters?

I think what's useful there is the reminder that Pauliev was very comfortable with the extreme elements that were in that protest at the time, which was not unknown. And he still went out there and lent his name to it. But he also concluded that there was a real incredible threat to public safety there. This isn't obviously something you would ever put in your principles mouth, right? There are many ways to get things out of a war room, but none of those seem to have been used.
