College President, What Motivated You to Be a President?

I often look for people who don't want the job as good candidates to have the job. Being a president is very hard. It's very challenging, but rewarding work. I wanted to be involved in the excitement of learning. And just so happens, because i have a big mouth, as time went on, i did more complaining and making suggestions. Then you do it. And that's how i got here.
