Breaking a Fast
It all that takes is about 16 hours of asting for the beta cells to start scrapping their stored insolence. When when inseevels start to drop, which they do during a fast um, the body starts to a more rapid y dumping electrolites in the urn. And so the person can actually run the risk of developing hypo calemia, or in low blood potassium. That is, in fact, a very lethal, letme, it can kill you, situation. But even still, it's nevertheless a reminder for us to not end a fast with an insolent spiking meal or snack.
