The value in surplus value gets divided up amongst all of these factions. And then part of that division dividing up comes back in the form of effective demand. So we get a sort of feedback and loop if you like, which is taking the distributed value and recycling it back in as effective demand. But at some point or rather also some of that money has to be extracted again from this great seaving pool of distributed value in money form and pushed back into circulation process.
