How to Start a Podcast

I didn't really see mine getting a ton of traction and becoming something that people really seek out and listen to just because I was pretty ignorant about how podcasts work. But if it weren't for her nudge, it kind of scares me to think now that all that I just like wouldn't have started at all. And then now this podcast wouldn't exist, which would be very sad because I love what this podcast has become. It's definitely creating a difference for my business.
