The Role of Presbyteries in Overture 15

The repeat nature of overture 15 created this novel situation in which to study how different presbyteries may lend their support or opposition. This was actually originally an idea that a ruling elder, I think I'm not sure who brought to Dominic Aquila and said, hey, would it be possible to look at how the votes on overture 15 are progressing based on which presbyteries had a lot of commissioners either on the minority report or having a lot of negative votes recorded?
