Sticking a Nose Clip on Me

Barry Smith brought out some very fetching accessories for us to use during our main course. He made us taste something first with the nose clip and then remove the nose clip just to see how much smells involved. We polished off our meal with a coffee cake topped with truffle, caramel and celeriac ice cream coated in a coffee mousse and covered with cocoa nibs.
