Water and Pavement

We have all this naturally falling rain water, which is a nourishing element and a joyful element. But we're gathering needlessly a lot of water both in small storms and in large storms,. We're sending it away rather than thinking about how to harness that water. And many of our water's resources, or water on supply systems, could benefit from better storage of rain water.
