Is Tortedo Cash a Hosted Service?

There's a big distinction between running sophort locally and interacting with a hosted service that is running specific softwher in a specific way. I think it's relatively reasonable to expect a scenario where signal essentially is made illegal in america. And the fact that it is undergoing sanctions, and its code and its contributor, i think, is a something we need to be mindful of moving forward for shore.
