I'm doing everything from preparing researching recording I'm not the one editing but I'm working with editors cutting it up publishing it promoting it and so we're hiring a producer right now but it is actually surprisingly a full-time role. It's hard for people to know that you can aim at a thing if you don't know how it's actually structured and how you get into these things, he says. He thinks there probably will be podcast host jobs that will emerge totally in the next 10 years.
