Under stress, the unconscious does not hear the word not. It gets primed by the main message, which has dropped the wine. So if we know that, it's important to then say where you want your eyes to move or what you want to happen to the wine. When you daydream in a deliberate way, you turn on your creativity circuits and a lot of this is happening unconsciously. And so unfocused is another way in which you can tap into these neural circuits.
