It's almost like the fan contingents in culture know that they have this upper head and they're really reveling in it. And I think often treat responses as mutually exclusive, right? Like the person who's mad about either thing is also someone who didn't even like this specific thing. That's the real problem that's emerged in the current internet hater dynamic.
